We have a combo pack, which consists of a machine that can be operated domestically without any need to take any separate connections and the setup is not very big and has a nominal cost.

What new do you have for us today?
Owner:
We have t-shirts in high demand, generally people prefer printing on white t-shirts. The problem with printing on cotton t-shirts is that not many people can do it but we provide this facility too. Everyone has this query that how do they carry out sublimation painting on cotton t-shirts and we have the solution for that. Another thing we have here are mouse pads, magic mug which displays design when filled with hot beverage, magic cushion. We will show proper demonstration on how to make this today.
Owner:
This is our complete machine, we have to do nothing much with it, just plug button and play button. After pressing the plug button, as we wait for the machine to heat up, until then we will select printout for the products. We are using the L805 printer and we use sublimation ink on the printer which turns it into a sublimation printer. The we select and print some pictures from the internet (Live demonstration in the video from 04:45 to 05:33). We now have the inverted printout and the machine is ready with 350° minimum temperature.

What is the temperature for t-shirts?
Owner:
350° and we keep it for 60 seconds for the first piece.
Owner:
We place the cotton t-shirt properly so that we get the complete design, we manufacture these t-shirts as well so you can bulk order them anytime. Now we place the paper upside down on the t shirt and just press the machine on it and press the last button and within 60 seconds the t-shirt will be ready.

What is the costing of this one shirt?
Owner:
This plain piece of 200-220 GSM fabric costs 125 rupees. After printing it can be sold for minimum 400-450 rupees and maximum can go according to the market.

After the display shows zero and machine beeps again, we lift it and here we have our print.

What is the quality of this printing?
Owner:
No matter how many times you wash this, the print will not fade away.
Owner:
As you can see process is same for the mouse pad.

What is the costing of this mouse pad?
Owner:
We have plain mouse pad for 26 rupees and printed mouse costs from 80 rupees to 90 rupees and online it sells for 200-300 rupees.
Owner:
Today will try the printing of magic mug, the process is pretty much the same, it costs 95 rupees (without print). We have minimum temp 350° and time 60 seconds. We use sublimation tape to stick the printout on the mug. When the machine is ready, put the mug on the machine and press it. After 60 seconds, the mug is nicely ready. Our last product is magic pillow, we can do both side printing on this and it has high demand in the market. We have to print on the white side first using the similar procedure and with the same temperature.

How much do you sell this magic pillow for?
Owner:
We sell it for 200 rupees which includes cover and filler and the selling price is 500 to 600 rupees and the set of pillows can go easily for 1200 to 1300 rupees.

The machine costs is just 12,500 rupees which includes cap attachment, plate attachment, 12×15 bed size machine with silicon pad and mug attachment.
